Laura Barandiarán Garro specialises in tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and family-owned corporate groups, with extensive experience in the design and planning of complex wealth structures comprising corporate, financial and real estate assets.
Throughout her career, she has advised high-net-worth individuals with both domestic and international interests on tax planning, restructurings, wealth governance and ongoing compliance with tax and legal obligations.
She also specialises in tax advice to national and international companies operating in the financial sector, family offices, collective investment schemes and private equity firms, actively participating in the design and implementation of projects, products and structures tailored to each client’s needs.
After more than seven years at Cuatrecasas, Laura joined Villena & Asociados as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s Private Wealth and Financial Tax practices.
