He has been Managing Partner of Villena & Asociados since 1998 and leads the firm’s strategy with a comprehensive approach to legal and tax matters, providing extensive experience in complex transactions.
He serves as legal adviser to various boards of directors, assisting clients with strategic decision-making, family protocols, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance matters.
